- What is Season 2?
- Season 2 is the newest set of exclusive levels and prizes that every Victory Pass member has the opportunity to unlock.

- What if I haven’t received all of my prizes from Season 1 yet?
- We sincerely apologize for any prize fulfillment delays during Season 1. Please contact DewVictoryPass@prizelogic.zendesk.com for any prizing related questions.

- Why am I on level 1 again?
- Since this is a new season of Victory Pass, all members have been reset back to level 1. This gives current and new members the chance to climb the leaderboard and unlock exclusive al-new prizes again!

- Why isn’t my free shipping working?
- Free shipping is available for Victory Pass Members that order 2 or more cases of Game Fuel. Make sure you are logged in and have at least 2 cases in cart.

- Who is eligible for Victory Pass Rewards?
- Victory Pass Rewards members must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States.

- How do I sign up for Victory Pass Rewards?
- Visit www.gamefuel.com/account/register to fill out the requested information and agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible for Victory Pass Rewards.

- What are the benefits for joining Victory Pass Rewards?
- All members of the Victory Pass Rewards program unlock exclusive digital and physical rewards with each case of Game Fuel they purchase when a season is active. Additionally members receive free shipping on all orders containing 2 or more cases of Game Fuel (Offer ends 6/19/2022). Members can also unlock further discounts on gamefuel.com by referring new customers to the website!

- How do I unlock a level?
- Once registered as a Victory Pass Rewards member, every case of Game Fuel you purchase on gamefuel.com will unlock one level.

- Can I unlock multiple levels in one transaction?
- Yes, multiple levels can be unlocked in one purchase transaction if the order contains multiple cases.

- Can I skip a level?
- Levels cannot be skipped and will be unlocked in the order they are presented.

- What if I don’t want a reward?
- Rewards will automatically be fulfilled based on the number of cases purchased even if the reward is not desired.

- How will I receive my rewards?
- Digital rewards will be fulfilled via email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your digital reward to appear in your email inbox. Physical rewards will be mailed to the address supplied by the member at checkout within 10-12 weeks after verification.

- How long are the levels available?
- Season 2 is active from now until 6/19/2022, level up to unlock these exclusive rewards! For more information see our Program Terms.

- How do Referrals work?
- When you log in to your Victory Pass Rewards account, you will see that you have the option to refer friends at the bottom of the page. You can submit a referral by entering their email address, or by copying your unique referral link and sharing it with friends and family. When someone uses your code to make a purchase on gamefuel.com both of you will receive a code for 10% off!

- When does Season 2 end?
- Season 2 and all prizes and offerings will expire on 6/19/2022.

- Do I get free shipping as a Victory Pass member?
- During Season 2 of the Victory Pass Rewards program members will receive free shipping on all orders that include 2 or more cases of Game Fuel® as long as they are logged into their account. Offer ends 5/19/2021.
